You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload any false, misleading, or fraudulent resume records, job descriptions, or company credentials. AcesHire reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our recruitment integrity standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

AcesHire provides semantic matchmaking calculations based on uploaded profiles. We do not guarantee candidate placement or hiring success and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
