We collect profile information when you register, upload resume files, or submit job specifications. This includes emails, parsed PDF content, years of experience, skill listings, and associated vector embeddings.

2. Usage of Data

We utilize parsed resume metadata and AI embeddings to rank profiles against recruiter keyword searches. AcesHire does not distribute your information to unapproved third-party agencies.

3. Security Auditing

All vector databases and profile data are protected using state-of-the-art encryption algorithms. Access tokens to Supabase databases use secure JWT signatures.

4. Your Control and Choices

Job seekers retain absolute control over their profile data. You can edit, replace, or completely delete your resumes from our matching index directly inside the candidate profile settings.
